Natalie {Salt Lake City Senior Portrait Photographer}

My session with Natalie was relaxed and fun on a summer night. A little shy at first, Natalie told me that she didn’t consider herself photogenic, and hates most photos of herself. I wanted to take some photos that she didn’t want to “destroy” that showed her fun loving personality!

We were thinking that our shoot would be rained out that day, but the clouds parted and we were left with a dry night. Unfortunately, the sun didn’t want to show its warm face until the very end for a pretty sunset.

 She has a stunning, warm smile! It’s contagious! We were treated to a friendly deer visitor from afar. Don’t worry, we admired from the distance. 😉

Somer {Salt Lake City Maternity Photographer}

Today was a very special shoot that I am excited to share here on my blog! My sister-in-law is pregnant with my first nephew, and I had the honor of shooting her maternity photos to savor these precious times.

Somer is a little camera-shy sometimes, but she was just glowing with motherhood on this warm summer evening.

Rachel {Salt Lake City Photographer}

Summer sunsets are probably my favorite. Long, hot days and incredible light! Rachel was a blast to photograph. She is silly, fun and a trooper! The downside of warm summer nights? The bugs. Unfortunately, they were out to get us that night. We explored the beautiful Big Cottonwood Canyon and found some amazing light.

It’s amazing she kept a straight face in this one as she was getting attacked by some pretty nasty mosquitos. But so worth it because she’s absolutely glowing in every photo!
